D. LAYOUT MACHINE 특징 및 장점

1. Column material : FCD 45
Column material is FCD 45 casting.
There is no wear when driving bearings because of surface ionization.
There is no deformation as it is casting type and it provides best condition. |
2. Arm material : AL 60 Type
Arm material is AL 60 alloy steel, and anodizing coating makes it very durable.
Column and Arm is square type, but adapted three-point method.
This minimizes the loosing that occurs at bearing and there is no repetitive error when driving.
(We acquired patent for three-point method for driving gear. Patent No 10-1656256)

3. Driving Method
With three-point method, there is no vibration when driving, and it works smoothly
And, when checking the degree, it is designed to make adjustments in the body itself,
not with bearing, so you can use it continuously after setting the degree once.

4. Bearing System
It is equipped with large bearing to allow for weight of the measuring machine,
so you don’t feel the weight and we reduce the exhaustion when you use it long time. |

5. TENSION BAR
There is no loosing as column is casting type, but we ensured stability by supporting
the column with tension bar again. |
6. STOPPER SYSTEM
Stopper of each axis(X,Y, and Z) is equipped on fine adjustment roller, and can be on and off.
This prevent that driving bearing is pushed to the one side when on and off.
Fine adjustment device of each axis and stopper are located at same site,
so you can easily operate it with one-hand. Especially, base-part(X axis) transport device
is on high position for easy operating.

7. SC1.SCRIBER HEAD
We attached our own scriber head(self-production) for your convenience when product mark working.
This enables product examination and marking work at the sm. |
