Description
- The high precision C   type presses are welded with high quality steel plate and treated by annealing process, which improves the accuracy, stability and reliability of the whole machine.
- The crankshaft, gear shaft and large gear are made of high quality steel and reprocessed by heat treatment, which improves the mechanical properties and durability, and eliminates the transmission noise of the machine tool after grinding the tooth surface.
- In order to ensure the stability of the machine tool, a set of pneumatic balancer device layout is adopted.
- The precision of die adjustment is as high as 0.1 mm, which is safe, convenient and reliable.
