Description
- The precision, stability and reliability of the straight side press machines are improved by welding high quality steel plate and annealing process.

- Press’s crankshaft, gear shaft and large gear are made of high quality steel and reprocessed by heat treatment, improving the mechanical properties and durability, and eliminates the transmission noise of the punch after grinding the tooth surface.

- In order to ensure the stability of the press with Japanese Industry Standard 1 class precision, a set of pneumatic balancer device layout is adopted.

- The die adjustment accuracy of Japan precision press machine is as high as 0.1 mm, which is safe, convenient and reliable.

- The Italian OMPI dry clutch brake and Japan safety interlocking valve are used to ensure the maximization of safe operation.
