เครื่องทดสอบการติดไฟของวัสดุพลาสติก สามาทดสอบได้ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นงานพลาสติกที่ใช้ในงานทั่วไป หรือแม้แต่ชิ้นงานที่เป็นส่วนของอิเล็กทรอนิกส์เป็นส่วนประกอบ รวมไปถึงชิ้นส่วนที่มีความทนทาน ของยานยนต์ ก็สามารถทดสอบได้เช่นกัน  เนื่องจากพลาสติกเหล่านี้มีองค์ประกอบของ สารอินทรี คาร์บอน ไฮโดรเจน ออกซิเจน และ ไนโดตรเจน ซึ่งวัสดุเหล่านี้ ทำให้เป็นวัสดุที่มีเชื้อเพลิง สามารถติดไฟได้เป็นอย่างดีและก่อให้เกิดการลุกลามของไฟ จึงจำเป็นต้องมีเครื่องทดสอบการติดไฟ (Burning Tester) ที่ใช้ในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม เพื่อทดสอบการเผาไหม้ของวัสดุความร้อน ทำให้เกิดเป็นประกายไฟและเปลวไฟ ออกมาในรูปแบบเหล่านี้ เช่น ของแข็ง (เถ้า) ของเหลว จะออกมาเป็นลักษณะของ (แก๊ส) เครื่องทดสอบการติดไฟ ยังสามารถเผาไหม้โดยปฏิกิริยาทางเคมี ซึ่งทำให้เกิดเปลวไฟลุกลาม ปลดปล่อยพลังงานความร้อนที่ถูกถ่ายเทไปยังวัสดุเชื้อเพลิงอื่นๆ

Uses:

This tester is applicable to test and assess the burning characteristics of plastic material is according to the American UL94 standard and

manufacturing, plastic parts of equipment and utensils horizontal, vertical flammability test, and equipped with gas flowmeter, adjust the flame

size, simple and safe operation.This instrument can assess material or foam flammability, such as: V, V – 1, 0 V – 2, HB, 5 V, HF – 2, HBF, HF –1 level.
