The LS-ST-209 Wheat Bran Speck Analyzer is manufactured according to the requirements of "GB/T27628-2011 Grain and Oil Inspection - Determination of Color and Bran Specks in Wheat Flour". It uses a touchscreen interface and can magnify, display, and measure bran speck content, black spot content, whiteness, and color (L, a, b) values within 20 seconds. It can also determine if the sieve is leaking based on the size of the bran specks, save data and photos, and facilitate easy data retrieval. This completely changes the situation of relying on visual inspection for process adjustment. Regular testing of the flour processing line allows for data comparison to determine if the sieve is leaking and if the process is reasonable. It acts as the "insightful eye" of the miller, giving ordinary employees the same level of expertise as a skilled miller, ensuring process stability.
