QuintSonic-T
Multi-layer Ultrasonic Coating Thickness Gauge with Tablet Display
The QuintSonic-T is a Multi-Layer Ultrasonic Coating Thickness Gauge, specially designed for non-destructive coating thickness measurements of up to 8 layers of paint, primer, and other coatings applied on plastic, composites, metal, and other materials. Total thickness, as well as individual layer thickness, can be measured in one simple process.
Featuring a large 8-inch display, the QuintSonic T offers a user-friendly overview of the measurement as well as the corresponding view of the ultrasonic signal (A-scan). Parameters for signal adjustment are displayed simultaneously and can be adjusted for the current measurement quickly and easily. Comprehensive data management of measuring values allows for data output in text and Excel format as well as creation of complete measurement reports in pdf format. The integration of descriptive texts and photos supports the documentation of measurement data. Additionally, the software allows for the storage of individual A-scans for subsequent adjustment of clipping domains or blocked domains.
The QuintSonic T is ideal for harsh environments thanks to an IP 67 & MIL-STD 810 G rating and extremely strong Gorilla® glass.
